We want you to love your Sunnylife pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel in its original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate apparel must have the protective liner intact to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Ship It Back
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
